Microneedling & Facial Peels in New Market MD

Microneedling and chemical peels offer effective solutions for various skin concerns. Microneedling stimulates collagen production and improves the overall texture and firmness of the skin. Chemical peels involve applying a chemical solution to the skin to exfoliate the outer layers, revealing smoother, more even-toned skin underneath. Both treatments can help reduce the appearance of acne scars, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles, leading to a more rejuvenated and youthful complexion.

Treatments

  • Microneedling

  • Peels

Helps to remove dead skin cells, improve skin texture, and promote cell turnover, resulting in smoother, brighter skin. Chemical peels can help with a variety of skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging. We have different types of chemical peels available, ranging from superficial to deep, depending on the desired results and skin condition.

Microneedling FAQs:

  • We use the SkinPen at Two Point O Aesthetics. This procedure takes approximately 1 hour of which 30 minutes the client is numbing. Tiny, micro injuries are made to the skin causing your body to stimulate a natural healing response leading to collagen and elastin production.

  • Starting with 3 sessions spaced about 4-6 weeks apart is optimal and then regular maintenance every 3-4 months is ideal.

  • Results from microneedling are gradual and become noticeable within a few weeks. Continued improvement in skin texture and appearance can be seen over months as collagen production increases.

Peel FAQs:

  • Currently we offer the BioRePeelCl3, which causes minimal peeling so you don’t have to put your plans on hold. It contains 30% trichloroacetic acid, alpha and beta hydroxy acids, amino acids, and vitamins.

  • Fine lines, uneven skin tone and texture, acne, hyperpigmentation, and dull skin.

  • Avoid retinoids, laser hair removal, tanning, waxing, AHA’s and BHA’s 1 week prior to the peel
